Information That May Be Collected
When you visit a website, hosting and security infrastructure may process an IP address, request time, requested URL, response status, browser and device information, and referring page. While analytics is enabled, the services below may also process page views, navigation events, approximate location derived from an IP address, device characteristics, clicks, scrolling, session interactions, and cookies or similar browser storage.
Sephiria Wiki stores your analytics setting in local browser storage so the site can remember it. The record contains the settings version, whether analytics is allowed, and the time the setting was saved. It stays on that browser until you change the choice, clear site data, or the consent format is replaced.
Your Analytics Choices
Analytics are enabled by default. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Plausible load unless you turn analytics off. Disabling analytics does not block the guides. You can reopen Privacy Settings from every page footer and turn analytics off or back on at any time.
Google Consent Mode v2 starts with analytics_storage granted. ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization remain denied because this site does not currently run AdSense or other ad slots. Turning analytics off changes analytics storage to denied without changing those advertising settings.

Future Google AdSense Use
Google AdSense is not active on Sephiria Wiki at the date of this policy. No Publisher ID, Auto ads script, or live ad slot is included in this release. If AdSense is enabled later, Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers, IP-derived information, and prior interactions to deliver, limit, secure, and measure personalized or non-personalized ads.
Before serving ads in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, the site must deploy Google Privacy & Messaging or another Google-certified consent management platform and update this policy and the consent controls. Personalized advertising will not be inferred from the current analytics choice. Google advertising preferences can also be managed through Google Ads Settings.
EEA, UK, and Switzerland Rights
Analytics are enabled by default and can be disabled at any time through Privacy Settings. Where the GDPR or similar law applies, processing must rely on an applicable legal basis. Hosting and security logs may be processed for legitimate interests in delivering and protecting the site, subject to applicable balancing and legal requirements. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection.
Email contact@sephiria.net to exercise a right. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. A certified CMP will be required before Google ads are offered to visitors in these regions.
United States State Privacy
Sephiria Wiki does not currently sell personal information or use personalized advertising, and it does not currently “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by certain US state laws. If future advertising changes that position, the site will provide the required notice and opt-out before the activity begins.
Residents with applicable rights may request access, correction, deletion, or an appeal by emailing contact@sephiria.net with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share” or “Privacy request.” We will not discriminate for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Retention and Security
Analytics settings remain in your browser as described above. Contact messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, document a correction or rights decision, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Analytics and infrastructure records are retained under the active provider settings and policies, only for as long as reasonably needed for measurement, reliability, security, or legal compliance.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. We limit the site’s own collection, provide a persistent control for analytics, and avoid accepting game asset or save-file uploads through this website.
Children, External Links, and Changes
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children. If you believe a child sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Guides link to Steam, TEAM HORAY, YouTube, Bilibili, community databases, and other independent sites. Their privacy practices apply after you follow a link or activate third-party content. We may revise this policy when services, laws, or advertising plans change. Material changes will receive a new “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, updated notice or privacy controls.
